High-Precision Load Cells for
Ultra-Fine Detection
TeamPack’s automatic weigher minimizes product damage with consistent vibration via its vibrator feeders. The ultra-sensitive load cells detect even the slightest variations, while the onboard microprocessor precisely controls feed rate and quantity.
Vibrator
The feeder line is designed to supply materials while minimizing damage through consistent vibrations. Both the frequency and amplitude of the vibrator can be independently adjusted via the digital touchscreen, enabling more precise and immediate control.
Load Cell
The load cell converts the material’s weight into an electrical signal, allowing for precise measurements with an error margin as low as 1 gram. Changes in resistance due to strain gauge deformation are processed in real time by the main processor to ensure accurate weight readings.
Microprocessor
As the core control unit, the microprocessor regulates the material drop in real time, manages weighing data, and coordinates touchscreen inputs to precisely adjust both feeding speed and quantity.
Adjustable Hopper Gate
The discharge height of the hopper gate can be adjusted to prevent material from dumping all at once, maintaining a consistent and controlled flow.
