Designed with a 2-in-1 dual weighing system, each line operates independently through the weighing process (feeding – measuring – discharging), minimizing bottlenecks. The coordinated start and end of both lines allow seamless, continuous production without interruption. When both buckets are used simultaneously, the weighing capacity can be expanded to up to 2kg per cycle.

TEAMPACK’s automatic weigher is engineered to deliver stable and accurate weighing using a constant vibration system that minimizes raw material damage. Its high-precision load cell detects even the smallest deviations, while the microprocessor fine-tunes both feed rate and quantity in real time.
Vibrator
The feeder line designed for stable feeding minimizes raw material damage through consistent vibrations. Frequency and amplitude can be set independently via the digital touchscreen for instant precision control.
Load Cell
Converts the weight of the raw material into an electric signal, measuring with up to 1g accuracy. As the strain gauge deforms, electrical resistance changes and the main processor interprets the signal in real time for accurate weight detection.
Microprocessor
The core control unit adjusts material drop timing in real time. It manages weighing data and touchscreen input to optimize feed rate and quantity.
Adjustable Hopper Gate Height
By adjusting the height of the hopper’s discharge outlet, the unit controls the discharge flow to prevent excessive drops, ensuring consistent feeding.
