The TEAMPACK pillow packaging machine with top film feed and adjustable cutter height uses a vertical cutting cylinder to minimize film waste and deliver highly precise packaging. Designed for products requiring clear top-bottom orientation such as tray foods, bread, and agricultural goods, this model forms bottom sealing with a downward film feed. Cutter height can be adjusted via touchscreen, allowing seamless packaging of products with varying heights on a single line.

The TEAMPACK Pillow Packaging machine integrates advanced hardware and software to rapidly digitize precise film measurements and sensor feedback for real-time control. Data converted into digital signals from each line and sensor is processed through correction algorithms and feedback loops, enabling highly accurate monitoring and control of film length, sealing, and cutting operations regardless of the production environment.

The power switch has a clearly distinguishable On/Off state, and lights up when active for easy confirmation.
LS Electric PLC Control
All machine operations are managed by an LS Electric PLC, allowing on-site modifications and external device interfacing. Data from each line and sensor is converted to digital signals and processed in real time. Digitally-Controlled Cutter Height Adjustment
While the cylinder-type cutter offers a slightly slower output of 10–20 packs per minute, it excels in packaging tall or irregularly shaped products. It is ideal for items over 10cm in height—such as bread loaves, cabbages, or mushroom containers—delivering tight and secure vertical cuts for high-quality sealing. By integrating motorized or manual handle-based cutter height adjustment, the system enables precise alignment with product height, ensuring consistent and visually appealing packaging quality. Conveyor line designed for safe product transfer
Conveyor lines delivering products to the packaging area are fully customizable. The attachment where the products rest is made from acetal, and the frame is constructed with sanitary-grade stainless steel 304. Based on the product type, the entire supply conveyor system can be custom-built to meet hygiene and performance needs.
POE Material
POE (Polyolefin Elastomer) is a high-performance thermoplastic known for its dimensional stability and excellent resistance to deformation. As an engineering plastic, it offers strong chemical resistance and corrosion protection across various environments. Its outstanding insulating properties also make it resistant to static electricity, creating a stable and hygienic environment for safely transferring food, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods through the feed conveyor to the packaging section.
Sub Controller
The feeder conveyor is equipped with run, stop, and emergency stop switches, allowing operators to control the main pillow packaging machine directly from the conveyor. This enables safe and efficient operation without having to move to the main control panel, even while feeding products into the system.
Adjustment Handle
The feeder conveyor is equipped with a side-mounted adjustment handle that allows operators to widen or narrow the side guides. This design enables easy packaging of products in various sizes.
PE Material
Polyethylene (PE) is a thermoplastic resin with high impact strength at low temperatures. Digital temperature controller
The system features a digital temperature controller that allows users to set and maintain optimal temperatures in real time, ensuring high-quality film sealing. Temperatures for the sealing roller and cutting blade can be adjusted independently, based on the specific film and product being used. With simple up/down controls, each zone can be precisely set, and the controller maintains the target temperature consistently. Dedicated ON/OFF switches for each heater allow independent operation of the sealing and cutting units as needed.
