Safe Integrated Heating Blade.
The control board enables step-by-step operation, allowing customized settings for heating and sealing time according to product and production speed. The electric signal-based control system reacts instantly, activating the L-bar sealer as soon as the foot switch is pressed. The heating wire melts the film, which is then neatly cut and sealed against the Teflon-coated surface, ensuring a clean finish matched to the product size.
L-TYPE Heating Blade
Designed with a safe, rounded edge, this blade heats up through electrical resistance triggered by the chamber closure signal. The heated wire cuts and seals the film simultaneously, and pneumatic force returns the L-sealer to standby position.
Integrated L-Sealer & Shrink Tunnel
This chamber-type shrink packer combines the sealer and tunnel into a compact unit. Operated via magnetic locks, it eliminates the need for a compressor, making it ideal for space-limited or low-volume workspaces.
Magnetic Locking System
The L-sealer hood features an electromagnet-based holder, allowing for easy operation with minimal force. When powered, magnetic force keeps the hood securely closed during the sealing and shrinking process. Lock time is adjustable via control panel (recommended: 4–6 seconds).
Teflon Tape
Coated with heat-resistant Teflon and silicone, this tape protects the frame from blade heat, offering excellent adhesion, tensile strength, and durability.

Visual Packing Process
Equipped with a high-speed fan, the chamber evenly distributes heat for efficient film shrinkage. Fan speed can be adjusted to match product type. Place the product on the platform, insert it into the film, and pull it into the chamber—cutting and shrinking proceed automatically upon closing the hood. Recommended maximum size: 520 x 380 x 260 mm (use 10–20 cm smaller for optimal results).

The main control panel simplifies operation with focused functions—seal time, tunnel temperature, and shrink time. Its user-friendly interface allows quick adjustments based on product or film type. Program mode enables one-touch recall of up to 10 presets for consistent and efficient operation.

The interior of the shrink tunnel is engineered to evenly distribute heated air—generated by the internal heaters—across all four sides of the product (top, bottom, left, and right). A high-performance top-mounted fan rapidly circulates the air, while the steel housing and vent system facilitate quick convection of hot and cool air, ensuring the tunnel reaches target temperatures efficiently. This precise convection control system maintains optimal conditions for shrink wrapping, and during auto cooling, the powerful fan rapidly reduces internal temperatures to prevent component damage, ensuring safe and stable operation.
