The TEAMPACK fully automatic case erector employs a pin pickup mechanism and pneumatic design to unfold cartons one by one with error-free precision, achieving production speeds of over 25 boxes per minute—more than three times faster than manual operation. With full automation line integration, this high-precision Korean-made system enables up to 1,500 boxes per hour, delivering outstanding efficiency in automated packaging.

Box Forming Precision Determines Productivity

Innovative Pin Pickup Technology
The box erector utilizes a precision pin pickup mechanism that securely holds and opens each box using internal jaws—without any damage and with an accuracy margin under 1mm. This ensures smooth unfolding and minimal errors.
*Vacuum Pad (Optional): For larger boxes that may not be held securely with pins alone, a vacuum pad can be added to enhance stability during pickup.

Main Control Panel Refined to Perfection
The box supply line reliably feeds one box at a time to the forming unit. It can hold over 100 boxes at once, allowing for continuous operation. With control handles labeled A to F, users of all skill levels can easily adjust the settings to match various box sizes. Each control section is independently designed for box pickup, transfer, unfolding, and forming—ensuring seamless, safe operation with high reliability. All components are carefully selected to prevent breakdowns even during extended use, delivering a highly refined and durable system.

Sensors Replace the Operator’s Hands to
Precisely Manage the Entire Process
During box forming, position sensors located at each part detect the linear movement of shafts to determine the current step and trigger the next action sequentially. These sensors convert physical movements into electrical signals, while regulators control pneumatic outputs—ensuring high signal accuracy and exceptional durability, even with long-term use.
*If a defective box causes a jam or tear, the machine immediately halts, triggers an alarm, and switches to standby mode. This built-in safety function helps prevent accidents and ensures safe operation.

Pin Pick-up System
Securely holds and unfolds each box using precision-engineered jaws inside the former. It minimizes damage and errors by handling each box with ±1mm accuracy.
*Vacuum Pad (Optional): For larger boxes, a vacuum pad may be added for secure pickup when the pin system alone is insufficient.

LS Industrial Systems PLC
Controls all operations of the automatic case erector. Offers programmable flexibility, interlocking with other devices, smart PC communication, and automatic error logging.

Korean-Made Drive Motor
Equipped with a domestically produced conveyor motor, this system ensures stable and reliable operation. The control box includes a speed controller that allows operators to adjust motor speed according to the production environment. Compared to standard or Chinese motors, it offers superior durability and performance. In the event of a malfunction, the TEAMPACK Care service allows for fast and easy maintenance, minimizing production concerns.

Korean-Made Taping Head
Developed through extensive testing, the Korean-made taping head accurately detects the start and end of each box for precise taping and clean cutting. The taping position is easily adjustable to fit various box sizes. Built-in blades ensure waste-free cuts, while dual rollers with spring tension help the tape adhere securely to the box and maintain a clean, consistent taping line throughout the process.

Regulator & Guide Frame
All cylinders operate pneumatically for fast and smooth linear motion. Requires only an air supply, eliminating complex power setups. Pneumatic design minimizes damage to boxes during forming.

(Optional) Inkjet Printer
Compact marking system for date codes, graphics, and QR codes during box transfer. Includes a 10” touchscreen for easy setup and supports over 100,000 prints per cartridge.
