Centering Conveyor Technology

During the transport and taping of styrofoam boxes, built-in position sensors detect each stage and control the corresponding module operations. Precision Sensors Automatically Position
to Fit Each Styrofoam Box
TEAMPACK’s random-type side taping machine ensures perfect positioning even for randomly sized styrofoam boxes. Using reciprocating pneumatic cylinders, the belt conveyor and upper taping unit automatically adjust to the box size. Two sides are taped at the inlet, then a pusher activates to move the box to the outlet, where the remaining two sides are taped—completing all four sides. This seamless flow minimizes box damage and features a return mechanism for continuous operation. Each cylinder, powered by regulated air pressure, ensures safe and accurate positioning for every box.

AUTONICS Sensor
Automatically detects each processing stage during transport and taping. The system halts immediately with an alarm in case of faulty styrofoam boxes, preventing accidents by switching to standby mode.

Pneumatic Structure
The pneumatic design converts physical signals from each sensor into electrical inputs, while the regulator precisely controls air pressure output. This ensures high signal accuracy, durability, and minimal breakdowns even with long-term use. Operation requires only an air supply or compressor, with a simple lightweight pneumatic line eliminating the need for additional power sources. Rapid pressure adjustment via the regulator enables faster operation compared to other drive systems.

LS Industrial Systems PLC
Protected by a sturdy, latch-type frame for easy access, the LS PLC integrates relays and modular controls for sequential input/output signal management and independent line operation. This ensures precise coordination of each line and rapid response to sensor feedback. The system allows on-site adjustments, modifications, and interlocks with other equipment, while supporting smart communication with computers. Operational errors are automatically recorded and stored, enabling clear traceability of machine performance history.

Made in Korean Taping Head
Developed through extensive testing, the Korean-made taping head accurately identifies the start and end of each box for precise sealing and clean cutting. Its adjustable design allows fine-tuning of the tape position to suit various carton sizes, minimizing waste. A sharp built-in blade ensures neat cuts, while dual end rollers press the tape firmly onto the surface. Supported by durable springs, the rollers flex smoothly as cartons enter and exit, maintaining a consistent, clean sealing line.

Made in Korean SPG Motor
The side-belt drive motor, manufactured in Korea, delivers long-lasting performance with high reliability. It minimizes slippage and maintains consistent operating speed, even under variable loads caused by different carton contents.
