The TEAMPACK hammer-type automatic taping machine is designed to automatically fold and hold down the top flaps of boxes during conveyance, creating an ideal surface for sealing. It eliminates the need for manual pressing and taping of box flaps, reducing operator fatigue and enabling efficient production with minimal manpower.

Automatic Top Flap Folding and Taping Mechanism
TPTM-120N features a flap sensor that automatically triggers the hammer mechanism and completes taping in sync with the conveyor movement. Its specially processed cutter ensures clean tape cuts, while rollers on both ends of the tape head press the tape firmly onto the box, ensuring a neat and consistent finish.

Hammer-Type Folding Mechanism with
Fully Automated Top & Bottom Taping
The system uses side belts as the sole driving force to ensure efficient and streamlined sealing. The hammer-type flap folding device is triggered and controlled by a sealing sensor and allows for easy adjustment to match different box sizes, ensuring consistent flap angles and reliable sealing. Once the top flaps are neatly folded, taping is completed swiftly in sync with the belt speed. The top and bottom tape heads and blades are detachable, making maintenance simple and convenient.
Korean-Made Taping Head
Developed through extensive testing, this premium taping head accurately detects the start and end points of each box to apply tape with precision. It delivers a clean cut every time and allows for fine adjustments to the taping position, ensuring optimal alignment for various box sizes.
Specially Processed Blade
The blade integrated into the tape head ensures clean and precise cutting, eliminating tape waste. Support rollers on both ends press the tape firmly onto the box surface. As boxes enter and exit, the robust spring-loaded rollers adapt smoothly to movement, delivering a consistent and neatly finished taping line.
Pneumatic Structure
The hammer-type flap folding mechanism operates through the piston motion of air cylinders, requiring an air supply or compressor. A simple, lightweight pneumatic line is sufficient to power the system, eliminating the need for additional power sources. With the regulator enabling quick output control, the machine achieves faster operation compared to other power systems.
Embossed Side Belts
The side belts of the taping machine utilize an embossed (textured) belt design that maximizes grip with the box surface, ensuring smooth and stable transport even with minimal contact. Tension can be adjusted via a built-in screw mechanism, allowing for precise handling of boxes in various sizes and weights. The lower frame rollers assist with forward motion, ensuring wrinkle-free, clean taping. This structural design guarantees consistent taping quality, enhances productivity, and contributes to increased equipment durability.
SPG Motor
Built in Korea, the SPG side belt motor delivers long-lasting reliability and stable performance, even after extended use. It minimizes slippage and maintains stable operating speeds, even under irregular loads caused by varying product weights inside the boxes.

Extremely Simple!
The control box is designed to be exceptionally simple, with no complex buttons other than the main power switch. The taping machine can be easily controlled in real time, and the side belt and upper taping line positions can be adjusted with minimal effort. Adjustment handles allow precise alignment using the integrated measurement scales on each line, ensuring accurate setup for various box sizes.
