The band sealer is equipped with a high-reliability Korean motor for stable operation. The speed controller in the control box allows step-by-step adjustment according to production needs. Compared to general or Chinese motors, it delivers superior performance and durability. In case of breakdowns, easy maintenance is supported through TEAMPACK Care, so customers can focus solely on production.
Compact Sealing Unit
The front control box features a temperature control panel for real-time monitoring of both target and current temperatures. It is designed to maintain precise sealing bar temperatures and includes a built-in speed controller to optimize conveyor speed according to packaging material and work environment.
Digital Temperature Controller
A digital temperature controller ensures precise temperature maintenance by continuously monitoring user-set values. It allows individual sealing bar temperature control for high-quality sealing across various pouch and product types. The temperature can be easily adjusted using the controller buttons, and a dedicated heater ON/OFF switch provides independent control of the sealing unit.
Conveyor Drive Motor
Compared to standard or Chinese motors, the TEAMPACK drive motor offers superior durability and performance. In the event of failure, quick and reliable service is supported via TEAMPACK Care, minimizing customer concerns.
Speed Controller Dial
The built-in speed controller dial on the control box allows step-by-step adjustment of conveyor speed, enabling operators to fine-tune the system to match real-time production requirements.
