Handle-Type Bottom Forming & Top/Bottom Taping Machine
The TPBST-600N eliminates the need for manual bottom flap folding by using dual pneumatic cylinders, reducing operator fatigue and streamlining the packaging process. Once the bottom is formed, the box is automatically conveyed and sealed on both the top and bottom via side belts. All operations, including the pusher assist, are pneumatically controlled, with a regulator ensuring stable air pressure for safe and efficient performance.

TPBST-600N detects incoming boxes with a bottom flap sensor, automatically raising the flap plate to fold the bottom flaps before transferring them to the taping line. The outer flap folding plate, made of stainless steel 304, offers excellent corrosion resistance and hygiene, and its high strength and low thermal conductivity ensure stable support during pushing and positioning, enabling safe product transport.

Mechanism of the Bottom Folding Line and
Fully Automated Top & Bottom Taping
With just one press of a button, the pusher smoothly transfers the box to the taping line. The pusher uses air pressure transmitted through the cylinder’s piston to move the box. This smooth transfer process ensures that the box remains undamaged and automatically returns to its original position for the next operation. The upward/downward motion of the bottom folding plate is controlled by two cylinders receiving regulated air pressure via a regulator. This pneumatic system enables fast bottom folding with stable force, and the plate’s smooth rotation minimizes stress on both the box and the equipment.
Korean-Made Taping Head
Developed through extensive testing, this premium taping head accurately detects the start and end points of each box to apply tape with precision. It delivers a clean cut every time and allows for fine adjustments to the taping position, ensuring optimal alignment for various box sizes.
Specially Processed Blade
The blade integrated into the tape head ensures clean and precise cutting, eliminating tape waste. Support rollers on both ends press the tape firmly onto the box surface. As boxes enter and exit, the robust spring-loaded rollers adapt smoothly to movement, delivering a consistent and neatly finished taping line.
Pneumatic Structure
TPBST-600N operates through the piston motion of air cylinders.
An air supply or compressor is required, but only a light pneumatic line is needed for connection—no additional power systems are necessary. The regulator enables quick and precise control of air output, resulting in faster operation compared to other power systems.
Embossed Side Belts
The side belts of the taping machine utilize an embossed (textured) belt design that maximizes grip with the box surface, ensuring smooth and stable transport even with minimal contact. Tension can be adjusted via a built-in screw mechanism, allowing for precise handling of boxes in various sizes and weights. The lower frame rollers assist with forward motion, ensuring wrinkle-free, clean taping. This structural design guarantees consistent taping quality, enhances productivity, and contributes to increased equipment durability.
SPG Motor
Built in Korea, the SPG side belt motor delivers long-lasting reliability and stable performance, even after extended use. It minimizes slippage and maintains stable operating speeds, even under irregular loads caused by varying product weights inside the boxes.

Simple Operation Method
Extremely Simple!
The control box is designed to be exceptionally simple, with no complex buttons other than the main power switch. The taping machine can be easily controlled in real time, and the side belt and upper taping line positions can be adjusted with minimal effort. Adjustment handles allow precise alignment using the integrated measurement scales on each line, ensuring accurate setup for various box sizes.
