Semi-Automatic Random Type Taping Machine
The TEAMPACK random-type upper and lower taping machine is equipped with photo sensors at both the inlet and outlet. These sensors detect incoming and outgoing boxes, automatically adjusting the side conveyors and top taping unit to fit each box’s size. This allows seamless taping for boxes of various dimensions without manual repositioning.

The TPTM-C800R features an automatic mechanism where side belts and top taping heads adjust to each incoming box size. As the box moves inward with the side belts, precise taping is completed automatically. It supports up to 15 boxes per minute and offers a detachable taping head and blade system for easy maintenance. The blade is equipped with an auto-opening safety cover that operates in sync with box movement, preventing exposure and ensuring safe operation for the user.

The TEAMPACK random-type top-and-bottom taping machine uses precision sensors and air cylinder-driven positioning to automatically adjust the side conveyors and upper taping unit. This ensures perfect alignment for various box sizes without manual adjustment, delivering precise and efficient sealing even with randomly sized boxes.
AUTONICS Detection Sensor
Equipped with AUTONICS sensors at both the infeed and outfeed, the system uses the BEN-M0PFR model to control the movement of the side conveyor and taping unit based on box flow. These sensors offer high precision and reliability across diverse industrial environments.

Upper Taping Line Control
The drive motor sensor converts box pressure into an electrical signal to activate the side belt motor, ensuring accurate detection and durability. When a box is inserted, the sensor triggers smooth feeding into the taping line, maintaining performance and reducing breakdowns over time.
*(Optional) Powered Conveyor Add-On : By adding an additional photo sensor and conveyor, boxes can automatically start and stop entering the taping unit, enabling a fully automated taping process.
Pneumatic Structure
The movement of each line is driven by the piston motion of pneumatic cylinders. Therefore, an air supply unit or compressor is essential. A single lightweight pneumatic line is all that’s needed for connection—no additional power systems are required.

Embossed Side Belts
The taping machine’s side belts feature an embossed design for strong grip and stable transport, with adjustable tension for boxes of various sizes and weights. Lower frame rollers support smooth feeding for clean, wrinkle-free sealing, ensuring consistent quality, higher productivity, and long-lasting durability.
SPG Motor
Built in Korea, the SPG side belt motor delivers long-lasting reliability and stable performance, even after extended use. It minimizes slippage and maintains stable operating speeds, even under irregular loads caused by varying product weights inside the boxes.

The control box is designed to be exceptionally simple, with no complex buttons other than the main power switch. The taping machine can be easily controlled in real time, and the side belt and upper taping line positions can be adjusted with minimal effort. Adjustment handles allow precise alignment using the integrated measurement scales on each line, ensuring accurate setup for various box sizes.
