Safe Heat-Wire Blade
The system uses a circuit-controlled program to sequentially manage conveyor speed and sealing time. These settings can be customized based on product type and production pace. Immediate signal-based operation ensures that once the foot switch is pressed, the L-sealer activates instantly, heating the film via its embedded wire. The Teflon-coated surface then ensures a clean, product-sized cut and seal.

L-type Heat Blade
Designed with rounded edges for safety, the blade heats via electric resistance triggered by the foot switch. The heat simultaneously seals and cuts the film, after which the pneumatic system resets the L-sealer.

Cooling System & Ceramic Structure
As the sealing cycle ends, the blade cools automatically. Ceramic layers rapidly dissipate residual heat, while heat-resistant frames prevent external heat exposure for safe operation.

Customizable L-Sealer Sizes
L-sealers can be made in various dimensions such as 400×500 / 450×600 / 500×700 / 650×950 / 750×1100 to suit different product sizes.
*For best shrink results, product size should be 10–20cm smaller than the sealing area.

Teflon Tape
This heat-resistant and durable silicone-coated tape protects the metal frame from heat damage during cutting and sealing.

Blade Malfunction Safety Sensor
An integrated safety sensor detects abnormal motion during blade descent. If an obstruction lifts the guide frame, the machine halts automatically and resets, ensuring user safety.

Pneumatic Structure & Cylinder Operation
The lowering and resetting of the L-sealer are powered by pneumatic pressure. This requires an air supply or compressor (sold separately) but only needs a lightweight air line to connect—no additional power systems are necessary. The regulator allows for quick and precise pressure control, making it faster than other drive systems. Resistant to temperature fluctuations, the setup maintains stable performance across various work environments. And since it uses clean, harmless air, it’s ideal for packaging fresh food, textiles, and industrial goods.

A Shrink Tunnel That Wraps Your Product with Precision
Significantly Enhanced Temperature Control
The digital temperature controller maintains a stable internal temperature by operating precisely at the preset value. Intake and exhaust fans are designed to circulate heat efficiently within the tunnel. As the heat interacts with the shrink film, it tightly conforms to the shape of the product—creating a clean, secure wrap that protects it from external impact. This shrink tunnel is optimized for high-volume production with consistent and reliable performance.

Enhanced Air Circulation
Active convection phenomenon
The interior of the shrink tunnel is engineered to evenly distribute heated air—generated by the internal heaters—across all four sides of the product (top, bottom, left, and right). A high-performance top-mounted fan rapidly circulates the air, while the steel housing and vent system facilitate quick convection of hot and cool air, ensuring the tunnel reaches target temperatures efficiently. This precise convection control system maintains optimal conditions for shrink wrapping, and during auto cooling, the powerful fan rapidly reduces internal temperatures to prevent component damage, ensuring safe and stable operation.
*Models like the TPSTH-4525 and TPSTH-5030 can be upgraded for higher capacity depending on production needs, and custom transparent tunnel covers are available upon request.
